SURA is a Latin American group with expertise in insurance, pensions, savings and investment, with businesses in 10 countries across the region. It has millions of customers who can be reached through digital channels.

Challenge:

The challenge was to effectively and transparently communicate the purpose of the holding company and how it relates to the various companies in each country where it operates. The aim was to standardize the contents, all the while respecting the differences between each country and their target audiences.

Result:

We developed a web platform that made it easier to search for data and monitoring information on Grupo SURA’s internal and external processes, giving users access to large volumes of data as part of its community engagement and commitment to transparency and accountability.

Impact:

We were able to homologate the contents respecting the variety of each country and of each target audience.
